I explained this to the seller and asked for a partial refund of £6.50 for the inconvenience or I could return it as it is not as described. The seller kindly and promptly obliged with a partial refund. I would say the packaging could have been better as the item was not bubble wrapped. Cut up polystyrene does more damage than good in transit. The model and box are just as described in excellent new condition. It is well made and sturdy with plenty of detail. It will look great on my layout. Sold at a very competitive price.
