There was a thin cardboard and small #6 envelope was stamped Do Not Bend and Non-Machinable surcharge was paid however Non-Machinable was not written on the envelope and it went through the processing belt getting damaged. I recommend you write Non-Machinable at the top of the envelope between the stamp and the return address boldly so it maybe gets noticed and not put through the processing belt. You paid for the service to no avail.
