The packaging was excellent, it was wrapped 3x and there was no damage. It arrived 2 days after purchase, earlier than promised. No smell at all. The rug is an excellent value and is beautiful, as it was described. Shipping was fast. It was carefully folded inside a box, then the box was wrapped with plastic, so it was very secure and thoughtfully packaged. This is my favorite seller for rugs, as I have purchased several including a large one. I love all of them. They beautify my home. I will make every effort to buy from them again. MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. Packaging strong and secure: rolled, tied, boxed, with box wrapped tightly in heavy plastic. Rug itself squeaky clean. Cleaning solution sprayed on, then wiped off with a white towel turned up no trace of dirt. (This done at a professional carpet washing/repair/storage company.)
