    !!!BUYER BEWARE!!! Seller is a SHADY LIAR. ZERO Integrity. BUY ELSEWHERE!!! First, The Plants Arrived After 11 Days With MAJOR Damage Due To Poor Packing. Several Large & Many Small Branches Broken Off & Snapped Each Plant. Seller Agreed To Send An Additional Plant As Reimbursement But Never Did. Seller Then Repeatedly LIED That They Issued A Partial Refund, But Haven't And Strung Me Along Playing Games About It For A Week+.THINK TWICE About Buying From This Seller.

    We gave the refund and I wish I would put pictures here to prove it. When they first contacted us said one plant was damaged and refunded right away. Then says one is missing so I again refunded the missing one. It took ebay two days to reflect that on the second refund.

    More blatant lies.You can't prove it and refused to show me proof of it because it never happened and just because you keep saying it over and OVER again doesn't make it true.I received ONE refund for a plant order that was CANCELED by the seller (and never received) shortly after ordering...that's it.Nothing was done to make up for the THREE damaged plants as agreed upon.I was nothing but patient and clear with this seller for over a week, but they refused to do the right thing.BUYER BEWARE.
