However, after buying a separate charger (as noted in the listing), the watch still didn’t power on. I reached out to the seller and they kindly accepted the return and issued a refund. I do wish there had been some gesture to offset the extra cost of the charger, given the item didn’t work, but overall the seller handled the situation professionally.
