    The wrong item was mistakenly shipped so I alerted the seller. Then wrong return label was sent so I had to request a new one when the first label was rejected at the post office. The seller was friendly and did refund my payment after the incorrect product was received. The whole transaction just took a lot of my time due to the seller’s errors with both the product and the return label.

    The vent hood works great. Shipping information in the post was incorrect which caused me confusion trying to track it during shipping. Regardless it arrived in good time and well packaged. Assembly instructions were incorrect for a couple steps but that is not the fault of the seller. All in all I am very satisfied with the purchase.
