I had it within days, it was seriously wrapped well so there was no way it could have become damaged in shipping, it looked as described on the listing and it was the least expensive listing I found for this item. We should've asked the seller more questions on the unit, prior to placing the order. The mirror came in securely packaged and prompt. Unfortunately, the mirror was the wrong color and the housing was loose on it. The description didn't contain the color, and the posted images looked like the blue that would match. It was black. Pricing was what we were looking for, it just wasn't the replacement we wanted. Return was easy.
