Upon arrival, I noticed two cracks and a shift in the casing leaving a gap. I contacted the seller to ask for a refund since he did not accept returns but he insisted that the damage was sustained during shipping, stating that the listing photos showed the cameras mint condition. I showed him evidence that his photos demonstrated the damage although no reference was made in the description.
