USPS did their best to make shipping a problem. They beat the box up and gave excuse after excuse as to why it was not delivered promptly. USPS even claimed my address was inaccessible! When delivered, the item was as described, except USPS had broken the frame. Seller offered a full refund but I declined as the fault was not theirs. They insisted on a partial refund. I will buy from them again!
