I had a chain of questions about how to get a shipment faster and these guys were civil, patient, and professional. Started with the same question at another establishment which was offering the same product at a lower price. Never got an acknowledgement or nothing. It's just so much more fun dealing with people who treat you right and don't make a big deal about it. Vote with your money even if it's a few bucks more. Thanks guys, I'll be back :)

The item was well packaged and in an appropriate sized box but must have been broken through the carrier (USPS). The seller was excellent with communication and simply asked me to provide pictures of both the item and box. Once I sent him the pics, I was refunded immediately. I would buy from this seller again based on his response and customer service.
