It was packaged well, but I think it was damaged in shipping. As an awesome point of customer service Epartshighway answered my message to them same day. Not only that, I sent a couple of pics to show what was wrong, and they initiated a refund right away. It arrived packaged normal, although I expected more secure packaging for shipping a motherboard. I appreciate the packaging as well, as it appears to have been undamaged during shipping. It worked right away when I replaced it with my defective motherboard.
