As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. Good price, bigger size than a usual file box, but sadly bad scratches on the back of the box.

However, Yachew were quick off the mark when I contacted them and dealt with the no show by refunding me within a couple of days - can't fault the vendor, that was great customer service!

I experienced a problem receiving this item so it is difficult to leave feedback according to eBay standard questions. I would thoroughly recommend this seller as when I informed them of the issue they responded in a matter of minutes and resolved the situation completely very swiftly afterwards. I cannot enter stars for most questions, but the 5 stars for communication could be doubled to 10 for sure. Thanks for sorting things, best wishes for your future business endeavours.
