When told the item was fake they insisted the item be returned sealed for a refund! How could l know the item was fake unless I'd opened it?? Also it was shipped and received LATE. So my poor niece didn't get her bday gift until well after her party and then it also turned out to be a fake! HOW EMBARRASSING!They're a scam. Would not recommend this seller! So idk where my package is ! NOT HAPPY!! Goin to have to put in for a claim to get my money back !!! Smh ! I will wait till Friday to see if my package arrives if not I will be filing a claim to get my money back !

Contacted seller multiple times. I gotten no response from seller. Told seller to cancel and to give me refund. He only said sorry, item will be shipped out next day after I informed seller I was giving him a bad review. I still haven’t gotten a response back. I don’t think seller cares. I’m getting eBay involved.

Communication was nearly nonexistant. I got the doll as a gift with enough time for it to be delived by the required date. It said the item would ship within 3 days on the shipping information. I wrote to them on the third day asking for it to be shipped as it was for a gift. They printed out the label. It was never shipped until several days after opening a case. Good item, bad service.
