Send through UPS box was not damaged. The item was Lelit Victoria espresso machine and came as described. This machine is very nice in person the pictures did not do it justice. Value is good if you are into DIY. Hopefully I can fix it but seller was accurate and honest about the unit. This is literally a brand new phone. Still has the AppleCare available. We are relatively close and the item was shipped ground but was at my door the next day. The value for the money and the quality of the phone is unmatched. The seller is very professional and every item I have bought from them is great. No complaints at all. A++ +++++++ seller

It was as described and although used, in very good condition and included a video of it actually running a definite plus for me as a buyer. It was extremely well packed in an Atlas box in a larger air-filled bag box, and came fully intact, not even a broken coupler which is a great change over the norm.
