Seller refused refund even after I sent proof. Told me to take it up with USPS. Had to file dispute. Update to show I have been on eBay since 2004 and an excellent record. Never have I encountered such an awful seller who refuses to take responsibility. But yes the bowls broke, I see that. Having to do over again, they should have been sent in separate boxes away from each other. I log on this morning to send the refund that you have closed the claim when before I left yesterday ,I got the notification from ebay that it has opened a claim and that if it wasn't resolved by March 7 , ebay would step in at that time.I ---
