They ran into shipping issues beyond their control that precluded timely delivery of my purchase. They made several attempts to notify me, but as I am not on ebay very much, I did not see their communications until I actually checked on the items status. They refunded my purchase because of the shipping issue. I would definitely order from them again without hesitation because of their honesty and integrity!!!

Amazingly well packed they also include a Chinese trading card game thank you for the gift. The item it’s as described on the ad work great of course I’m used to the classic version where you got to insert the games but this console has the games already preloaded so it’s very convenient.
