The image on eBay didn’t do it justice—it looks like it’s never been used and is even cleaner than described. It’s spotless, with no marks, and works perfectly. The seller was excellent—quick with communication, and the packaging and delivery were spot on. This was a valuable buy for me, and I highly recommend this seller!

I ordered the laptop and it was sent really well protected and packaged. It arrived so quickly as I ordered it on the 31st and got it on the 2nd! . The laptop was exactly as described ..unopened brand new and I went on to the Lenovo site and registered and extended the warranty etc so there was no issues at all everything was perfect! I am now currently setting it up and installing updates. A true platinum star ebayer .NEW Lenovo Legion 9i i9 14900HX RTX 4090 64G 2TB Mini LED Watercooled Laptop (N° 267109529706)

Good communication stood out. A fault developed which Microsoft could not fix spending a long time testing. Not obvious until after a few days. Replacement was unquestioned, collected within a day or two and an equally good example (no fault developed) arrived two days later. Amongst the best customer support I have come across.
