I was supposed to get 10 packs of wax guards and only received 4. Contacted seller and they quickly got back to me and apologized for the mistake but they only had 5 packs left so they shipped them and gave me a partial refund for the other 1 which was okay with me. Great price for these and free shipping. Seller was awesome and very professional about everything. Would highly recommend them. Overall happy with everything.
