Supports goodwill and charities which is always a plus! They were very responsive and helpful when Fedex shipping messed up the order and were willing to make sure I got my package as expected and helped step in. Really helpful and no damages / packaged well so it didn’t get ruined at all! Very happy great customer service! Would recommend and buy again.

They communicated well (quick replies to questions), gave accurate extra details, the item was as described in the replies ("like new - flawless"), they shipped quickly, handled a shipping mis-charge immediately and packed the item extra wonderfully. The shipping mis-charge was easy to spot and ask about (almost 3x what they usually charge) - they refunded the extra charges with zero delay. Everything was right about this transaction. Thanks!
