Item listed as "Tested and Working." It did work, but, the tone-arm required weight recalibration, anti-skating, balance and, return malfunction repair (which the seller informed me about). It was not a great value, but I do not hold the seller responsible !!! The seller was up-front and honest, just poorly informed about turntables. I would buy from again.

But as the seller did not show it in the photos so I guess it wasn’t. Included. Great value. Had a foot control to test it and it works great. Shipping was by FedEx and came in great shape. Having a Second one of these machines lets me leave my home sewing machine alone and pack this one for quilting projects away from home
