The gun and knife were attached to the figure instead of in the bubble packaging, and the taped seal had been removed and re-taped on the other side. That said, the figure's wings were still fastened to the packaging, so I know that wasn't tampered with, and everything was in great condition, so I'm giving the benefit of doubt.
