I was concerned at first, but other than the box being slightly indented on the top, all was well. The reel is in very good condition, as described, so I may be looking for another in the same price range, which was very acceptable. Very good service from this seller.

The headphones didn't work for me because of fit (every head is different and you don't know until you try), and the seller honored their return policy exactly.
