They took 6 days before finally shipping. I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG COMPUTER. (packaged poorly, mind). I contacted them immediately. They talked a bunch of gibberish. They refused to follow-up. I upgraded the computer (to be able to do what the advertised one could do) while I was waiting for them. Ships the item with no tracking and then on the last day of the shipping window he sends a message saying the shipper lost the item. Really? I paid for it but and I got a tracking number but then they contacted me about having shipping delays. Instead of letting me decide whether I wanted a refund or wanted to wait for the item they just automatically refunded. I’ve been looking everywhere for this gnome for my husbands birthday and the moment I find it, it doesn’t go as planned. It was disappointing. But the seller want rude about it.
