The return policy usually covers those types of purchases. However, to buy a set of Regency Style chairs, with an outlay of over a thousand dollars, there's some risk involved. However, this transaction was flawless. The seller was responsive. The chairs arrived in good shape. I would highly recommend The Wythe Company and, if there is ever a need, I will gladly buy from them again.
