I was extremely impressed by the seller because she contacted after the sale realizing that there was some wear on the bag that she didn’t notice & didn’t make buyers aware of prior to the sale. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the message until after she had to mail it to me, but she was happy to take a return if I wanted to return it.
