The board looks brand new (listed as open box) and arrived securely wrapped and protected in an aftermarket box. This is a solid board at a great price even though you can't overclock on it. I plugged everything in and it just worked. Already had the latest BIOS for the board installed (as advertised) as well. Truly a plug and play experience.
