It's hard to believe it is used! The wrapping and packaging was done with care so the stamp would not be damaged during transit. It arrived at the house at warp speed! Package was sealed. The item itself was more of a vintage Crosstitch, which may be why the seller described it as Used. The item itself, is just fine, but the color thread was weird. What the instructions called orange was more pink. So it was confusing as to what color was what. But that has nothing to do with the seller!

I contacted the seller, who literally responded in less than a minute. The ornament was well packed, definitely not their issue. They inspected another ornament, added a few packing peanuts and shipped it off to me. They communicated very well. I love the ornament and am very appreciative of their customer service.
