Judge yourself: -ordered 1 book (of 4 available) on May 18 for $9.99 -listing price for remaining 3 books changed to $29 (but mine was still on order) -asked seller May 30 for shipping info because there was no update at all -seller never answered but marked the item as "shipped untracked" on June 5 (3 weeks!!! after order) -book never arrived also never any answer or feedback from seller -ebay issued full refund after claim June 26

Absolutely zero response from seller, neither to me or to EBay, just a refund which the seller strung out to last day possible. Rotten communication and customer service. Steer clear of this seller. The fact that I got a refund doesn’t help; I was counting on the book arriving in a timely manner as a gift. Now I know it was never sent. A complete waste of my time and disappointment for the intended giftee.
