He had my info from previous purchases and called me to say that he was going to order stock to make my part but it would take a few extra days to be delivered. That is going above and beyond to service a customer. It is unheard of nowadays but certainly appreciated. I will continue to buy from him whenever I need what he can provide. The new 1 pc 54” UHMW cutting edge and hardware was packaged well and shipped out within 24hrs. I bought my previous edge from another company that only offered it in 2pc’ and it was OK. This new 54” edge is 1 pc fit perfectly on my John Deere plow making for a quick and easy install. When it’s time to replace I will definitely buy again.
