The ornament had been broken in multiple places during shipment. I took some photos of the damage and sent them to the seller along with a message. I could tell that aside from the damage the item had been in very good condition as listed. The seller got back to me quite quickly and we exchanged multiple messages. I made my order at 10:25pm Saturday; within 12 hours the seller messaged me to let me know they were shipping my item out, asap! I was so happy to hear that. Sure enough, my item was taken to the post office for shipping the next business day Mon 2/24.
