They fixed a board that didn't look damaged but knew the power components that typically failed. I got it back as promised by mail, well protected. I'll be using them for more of my appliance boards. USPS is slow, so that's not in their control. I was able to remove the board and send it in for repair. The communication with the company was good, and fortunately they had an old board there which they were able to salvage parts from. The repair was completed inside a couple of days, and fast shipped back.
