Normally I’d be a little upset about that but in this case I’d rather this very heavy item go with anyone besides USPS, so that actually worked out well. Great communication from seller. After manually recharging each individual group of cells (14 groups of 16 cells), the unit works perfectly. I was hoping to leave photos and a video but eBay does not allow photos to be attached during feedback follow-up. Thanks again!

Shipping was super fast and this product was very well packaged and was as described.
