    A very fast service including delivery plus there was excellent communication before the products were purchased to check correct fitment for my vehicle. I would have given a 5* rating BUT although delivery was quick the packing of the items was sadly poor and 2 boxes split, meaning the products that arrived were usable but slightly marked. I would still buy from this seller again but I do hope they will learn that packing is just as important as the rest of their great service.

    items arrived fast but 1 shock had been marked wrong by maker so had to return to seller!! HE Derek just could not be more helpful, sent return label and as soon as posted with tracking sent refund!! Bought another pair of rear shocks and they arrived over night and are great quality, the price was still very chep and the service from Derek again was just 5 star and 1st class! i just cannot say the words to describe how he made a real problem a pleasure and sorted it all out in a day!! ta Derek!

    Items arrived after manufacturer delays. Delivered items had one marked up wrong by manufacturer - but Derek was excellent. I sent returns, as requested and got refunded. Throughoutthe whole purchase and return process - we had excellent communications. I have saved Derek as a preferred seller for our business - would not hesitate to recommend, since the service is 5 star. Thanks Derek.
