He opened each box and wrapped each of the lights with bubble wrap as well as extra bubble wrap around all of the lights in the mailing carton. He also labeled each side of the carton as to the contents - pendant lights, glass inside, fragile etc. The lights were installed on the day they arrived - they all worked perfectly as expected.
