I notified the seller and they promptly replied. They offered to replace the item, but I requested a refund and offered to send the item back. The refund was issued within minutes and they did not request the item back. They also sent a replacement at no charge even though I told them it was not necessary.

And the condition was amazing. Box was a 9/10 and I'm very picky about box condition, he sent it in a very good protector so that it would be safe through the shipping process. But yes this seller ships out on the same day if not, it's next day. Very positive person, very quick responses. And very reliable. I wish all sellers were like this dude.Funko Pop! The statue wasn't damaged and was in good condition once the dust was removed. Overall I'd say this was a 7/10 seller, good items for a good price but needs to better describe the item conditions and could improve on packaging items for shipment.
