I notified the seller and they promptly replied. They offered to replace the item, but I requested a refund and offered to send the item back. The refund was issued within minutes and they did not request the item back. They also sent a replacement at no charge even though I told them it was not necessary.

The statue wasn't damaged and was in good condition once the dust was removed.
