They offered something else in its place but didn’t have anything that I wanted in their inventory. My money was also promptly refunded. The messages were friendly and apologetic so I appreciated that. Even though all of that was okay I still had my heart set on receiving the item. I’ll go ahead and give this one a positive review based on seller communication.

Box sustained damage in shipping and bottles were missing.. (may need to consider packaging in a plastic bag inside box) but seller responded and issued credit in a timely manner once notified of issue and sent pics (usps delivery photo as well as my own)

The Osprey company incorrectly placed a 44 liter backpack in a sealed plastic bag identified as 26+6 liter backpack. Item was appropriately resold as new and in original packaging via eBay by this seller. I notified seller. Seller apologized for honest mistake and immediately sent return label for USPS. Seller communicates well and is honest. Would not hesitate buying from this seller.
