Upon opening package, I had found a small crack in one of the corners. I immediately contacted the seller. The seller was very prompt with a reply. After a couple communications, we agreed to a fair reparation. I'd give this seller five stars.

Seller noticed that there was an issue with shipper, package was stuck at hub or lost. Offered and sent a replacement. Shipping was fast, the second time and communication has been great. I was assured that I would not be charged if original package was to show up. Customer satisfaction is what they strive for and I couldn't be happier.

I reached out to the seller and they got right back with me and assured me if there was any problems that they would make it right. They tracked the item and let me know the new delivery date. Then they followed up it insure that it was delivered. Nice planter box, easy to assemble. Can't wait to start growing my Veggies this year;)
