Each was delivered in just a few days and each worked perfectly. I filled out the items warranty within minutes of using it. This computer has the capability of increasing the RAM up to 32 mb and adding a new hard drive such as a Solid State Drive. The photos of this computer are on the Discount Computer Depot site. Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running.
