Great customer service, called me after purchase to ask my dispatch/delivery date preference. Lightning fast delivery with FedEx. The guitar was very well packaged with thick bubblewrap around and inside the case. The guitar itself is beautiful and probably the best Les Paul I’ve ever played, definitely lives up to the description and photos.
