After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me. A week on it seems as good as knew and for the price paid a lot cheaper than most retail outlets and good communication and assistance received via their chat line.

Very securerly packed, bit of a delay in receiving it, but it was possibly the courier, coms were very good and very profesional, well worth the money, looks good, no scuffing etc, would certainly use IT Monsters in the future., bonus...it has a dvd/cd writer.
