I bought 2 hubs in this transaction and they were shipped in 1 package so combined shipping would have been nice. I returned one of the hubs because I made a mistake with my purchase. The return was accepted without fuss.

Seller was not helpful/ignored questions about whether I should expect to pay duties given our *unique* US tariff laws. Finally arrived with a deep scratch in the metal, ignored my message when I mentioned that the item was damaged during customs inspection. should have been packed better. No return offered even though they advertised returns. Customs had removed the cardboard with a Sharpe knife and scratched the stem with the point of the knife. You purchased through eBay global shipping which they sent all the messages about tariffs. there was no return offered as you accepted the refund instead, We dont want your return custom thank you
