Seller sent me a bad motherboard with bad, leaking capacitors. Not only was motherboard bad, there was no way it was pulled from a working machine, and there was no way it was tested as good. It was visibly bad when I received it. Seller was difficult to work with. We test our products before shipping but sometimes things happen in transit that can damage the item. We were polite and concise in our messages and also provided a prepaid return label for the return request so you could ship it back for a full refund, so I am not sure how we were difficult to work with. In fact, it was packed very well for shipping. Seller refused to send a replacement, which is what I really wanted, instead they forced me to send the bad one back, when all they had to do was send me a good replacement and I would close the return. They said as long as I had an open return (my only recourse) they wouldnt send one but I could exchange it once they got the junk one back, wasting time. Bad customer service.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. Highly recommend this seller and would happily do business with them again! A+++++

All items as advertised: Computer, plug in WiFi adapter, power cord, keyboard, and mouse. All items well packaged for safe shipping. All items like new off-the-shelf for very reasonable price. Was able to connect computer to in-home WiFi network, and existing e-mail account very quickly. First purchase from this buyer, but very pleased with results. Will likely be my go-to supplier for any future computer related items. Say good-bye to BestBuy.
