We test our products before shipping but sometimes things happen in transit that can damage the item. In fact, it was packed very well for shipping. Seller refused to send a replacement, which is what I really wanted, instead they forced me to send the bad one back, when all they had to do was send me a good replacement and I would close the return. They said as long as I had an open return (my only recourse) they wouldnt send one but I could exchange it once they got the junk one back, wasting time. Bad customer service.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
