I had to disassemble my old machine after applying the lube to the track and clean it all off. It was like putting glue on the track. The product was shipped in a timely fashion and the was communication. It just doesn't work on my old machine.

I have a Cadence G5 weslo treadmill, same as name of item, so I thought it would be the same part number but it wasn’t. Unable to return it because seller does not accept returns. Overall, fast shipping. Part received is the part that was purchased, unfortunately, not the part that I needed.
