He refunded me due to the delayed shipping when it wasn't his fault. When the pump finally arrived, it was made for an SUV instead of a car, having 2 outlets. I updated seller with proof from USPS including pics of damaged/opened package, and they promptly asked if I wanted repeat of same product or refund. I still wanted this and they sent promptly! VERY IMPRESSIVE! Would buy from them again. Thank you much!

The items set at Cincinnati USPS for 14 or 15 days waiting for item to be accepted. I checked with my local post office to see what I could do to expedite the movement. The really didn't feel like it was their problem and wasn't much help at all. Not really sure how to ensure it doesn't happen on future purchases.
