The seller makes very clear to explicitly state what to expect. While my unit came with a crack on the edge of the screen (EDGE; NOT where the light displays) it IS fully functional. The crack provides NO ISSUES to print quality. I was given what was offered. No complaints. TL;DR This things fricken' great, came in fine working condition and saved me money. Packaged very well. Great seller communication. 10/10 would buy again.

Most of the Neg reviews seem to be from people that either don't actually read description or have a shipping issue. I picked up rather than shipping and these guys are awesome. There was a small issue on their end, but they remedied it and it resulted in a better deal for me. Pickup, so no comment on packaging. Phenomenal price if you are in driving distance. I will 100% be a return customer.

Packaging was perfect, the item was in better condition than was described, and the price is fair. After having a Bambu lab A1 mini, probably even $5 is too much for this in my opinion but the $15 I paid was a really fair price compared to the original. Glad I got this at a really steep discount I would have kicked myself if I paid full price for this really terribly designed 3D printer. lol Bambu Lab A1 mini combo great for toys, this not so much.

The two Neptune 4 Max's were shipped via Sendle while a Neptune 3 max that I wasn't aware of came in from USPS. They did come as described. I.e. with some faults. Honestly the extra priniter I got just makes this better value, especially when the 3rd one seems to work without issues.
