Lucky for me they did, because I didn't actually need the plugs at all - I thought I lost the plugs, but the Travel Berkey doesn't need them, as there are only two holes between the chambers which get filled by the filters. Since I received another test kit, a spare spigot, an extra anti-airlock clip, etc., it was still an excellent value.
