Upon opening the package, I realized it wasn't the correct part. Mind you, when I looked the the used parts, I thought it was brand new. Very detailed cleaning and preparation! I notified them of the issue and within 2 minutes they had contacted me with a resolution. They agreed to send me the correct one without hesitation! Who does that?! Absolutely astonishing!

My only complaint is the shipping damage was not fully imaged or described. The two scratches on the top were imaged, but not the dent, the broken right speaker positive terminal that is unusable, the volume knob is busted and very hard to use, and the fact that the metal box is coming apart. I believe that the damage description should have been more thoroughly imaged or described.
