I got one when our city changed their filters and the water turned brown and hard. I had calcium and lime on the insides of my kettles! I've been using the tower for just over a month. No buildup on my kettles! And you can see the difference: clear! And taste it: no hint of bleach! (or arsenic, come on...) I got filters from Aqua Crest, BB9-2 & PF-2, the standard and the flouride/arsenic filters. Excellent condition, great price, pretty shiny metal!

I use 2 ceramic dome filters (silver impregnated, .2 micron rated) and plug the other 2 holes. Underneath I use 2 stainless pump intake screen filters filled with activated charcoal. Much cheaper than defective 2 lawsuit berkey filters. The pump intake screen filters unscrew so I can change the charcoal easily. Well made housing that stops algea and has a sight glass. Worth every cent.

I've been wanting one forever and I've shared how I finally got one from the seller on our homesteading Facebook group! It was easy to get the filters separately. It came exactly as described with only a couple little dents barely visible. Besides the unit itself, all the other pieces came new in their own bags. Two spouts. One with a sight glass.Wow!
