I will not buy anything that this courier is involved with due to horrendous past experiences so I contacted the seller. He replied almost immediately and was extremely helpful saying that he is using Royal mail. The cabin hooks arrived earlier than expected via Royal Mail.Very well packed. They are very good quality. It does say one item in the further description, so technically 50% correct. Took weeks to arrive and when it did eventually I realised only one handle. Happy to pay for another one and asked the seller if the second one would arrive sooner than the last one. Asked several times and no response. Also chased the first delivery a week after order and never received a reply. Appearance as shown in web page. Haven't fitted item as yet so cannot comment on longevity of item. My only negative comment would be the packaging, as the Royal Mail had to put the box in a plastic bag as the item was pushing through the bottom of the box.
